These cushions are almost a sofa in themselves. They certainly add extra comfort and extend performance. They begin with tempered steel springs which, to avoid squeaking, are individually placed in calico pockets.

Kiln Dried, Close Grain Hardwood Timber

Moran’s underlying quality begins with a structural engineered frame. To ensure a precise fit in the joinery, the cutting of this close-grain, kiln dried hardwood foundation is computer controlled.

Premium Leathers & Fabrics

All Moran upholstery coverings are carefully selected for their high durability and are wear tested to ensure they withstand the pressures and spills of modern Australian living, domestic or commercial. Where leather is used, it is always 100% leather.

  • 10-Year Warranty on Frames
    • Steel structural frame elements: 10 years
    • Timber frames and steel insert frames: 10 years
  • 5-Year Warranty on Cushion Inserts & Fibre Filling
    • Covers seat and back inserts, including SpringCell, foams, feather & fibre inserts, Dacron, and other fibre-filled areas.
    • Note: Foam resiliency loss is not the same as softening or stretched covers from normal use.
  • 5-Year Warranty on Mechanisms
    • Recliner mechanisms, including steel springs: 5 years
    • Note: Does not cover minor sounds, noises, or unevenness in swivel mechanisms.
  • 2-Year Warranty on Power Components
    • Covers defects in new motors and related parts.
  • 2-Year Warranty on Legs
    • Covers defects in timber and metal legs.
  • 2-Year Warranty on Leather/Fabric Covers
    • Leather: Against tearing and cracking.
    • Fabric: Against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfers.
    • Exclusions: Tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, shrinkage, heavy soiling, misuse, and damage from lack of care.
    • Note: Exposure to direct sunlight or extreme light sources, natural veins or markings, and stretching from general use are not covered.
  • Warranty does not cover defects from normal wear and tear, accidents, acts of God, negligence, misuse, abuse, shipping/handling, or product alterations.
